All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout. Orders placed before 12pm are typically dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. We work with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx for all international deliveries.

We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and dust bags.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@ruskinengland.com and we will guide you through the process and provide a complimentary return shipping label. Please ensure the label is securely attached to the outside of the parcel before shipment.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where stated, meaning duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout.
