Products

Each RUSKIN piece is carefully crafted using natural materials and traditional techniques. Due to the nature of genuine leather, tweed and hand-finished construction, slight variations in colour, grain and texture may occur. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each piece and should not be considered faults.

We make every effort to display colours and materials as accurately as possible, however appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

All products are subject to availability.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers available at checkout.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, however delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier services.

RUSKIN England is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges within their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your RUSKIN piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accompanying materials.

Custom, personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

To arrange a return, please contact us prior to sending your item back.

Care & Craftsmanship

All RUSKIN leathers are genuine natural materials selected for their character and longevity. Over time, leather and tweed will soften and develop a natural patina unique to each owner.

We recommend following the care guidance provided on our website to preserve the quality and appearance of your piece.

We are also delighted to offer a complimentary care service in our studio. If you would like to bring your RUSKIN piece in, we will be pleased to assess it and provide considered care to help maintain its condition and longevity.
